If you would like to attend a support group, we encourage you to contact us first to let us know. This will give our Support Coordinators an idea of numbers, and the chance to speak with you about the group and what to expect. Thank you!

Please note: Some of our support groups run simultaneously with an Adult Day Program in or near the area. These groups are indicated by an asterisk (*).

Bedford Support Group

This group meets on the LAST Wednesday of each month
6:00 p.m. to 7:30 p.m.

Dartmouth Support Group*

This group meets on the FIRST and THIRD Wednesday of each month
1:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m.

This group meets on the FIRST Thursday of each month
1:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m.
Location: Halifax Shopping Centre, 7001 Mumford (Entrance 2), Halifax

Cross the Hallway and head to the glass doors between Nespresso and Soft Moc. Go to the elevator to floor one, turn leftand follow the sign to uint 202a.
